Abstract

This article examined the impact of judicial decisions on police officers' perceptions of the daily and overt performance of the Military Police of the State of Goiás (PMGO). A mixed approach was used, combining bibliographic review and data collection through questionnaires administered to military police officers of the Capital Police Command. It was found that the lack of clarity in judicial decisions often compromises the efficiency of police operations. In addition, the results indicate that the imposition of productivity targets, the lack of legal and jurisprudential updates, and the absence of technical support hinder the preparation of Integrated Service Records. These elements are obstacles on formalizing records occurrences.
