LOGISTICS OF TRACEABILITY OF THE LOTS OF AMMUNITION EMPLOYED BY THE CIVIL POLICE OF THE STATE OF GOIÁS

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to learn about the process of control and tracking of ammunition operated by the Civil Police of the State of Goiás, seeking to verify its importance and effectiveness with regard to the determination of authorship and proof of crimes involving police, in the inhibition of crimes as well as assisting the expertise to clarify the facts. It also aims to assess the institution's control power under its command and examine the importance and relevance of screening within the context of current laws. The research was conducted through an interview sent via email with previous contact through the WhatsApp application and through bibliographic studies on laws, articles, books and digital sources. It allowed to identify the capacity to act in the face of control in the administration of the material by the Institution and a possible direction in assisting the criminal investigation, given the identification of the lot present in the artifact's breech.
