ANÁLISE DA MATRIZ CURRICULAR DO CURSO DE HABILITAÇÃO DE OFICIAIS AUXILIARES DO ESTADO DE GOIÁS

Abstract

In order to evolve the training of the military police, the Career Curriculum Matrix is ​​progressed through the Qualification Course for Auxiliary Officers (CHOA), capable of contributing to the instruction and improvement of the Military Police for the performance of a prosperous Chief of Ostensive Police. The objective of the research was to analyze which is the best Curriculum Matrix to meet the CHOA profile, listing the guidelines for the institution. In the methodology, a comparison was made between the headquarters of the CHOA of the Military Police of Goiás (PMGO), with the Curriculum for the Training Actions of the Military Police. For the application of the questionnaire, the Google Forms platform was used, in order to obtain the answers in an anonymous, voluntary and satisfactory manner. With the research carried out, it was possible to observe specific aspects in relation to the degree of training of the participants and it was also found that many professionals in the area accumulate functions in the Operational or Administrative service. According to the survey, most professionals have excellent or excellent job satisfaction as a PMGO Officer. In view of the results obtained, a suggestion for the Curriculum Matrix at CHOA was developed.
