REQUIREMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR ENTRY IN THE MILITARY POLICE OF THE STATE OF PARANÁ

The research points out the legislative changes regarding the requirement of schooling for admission to the Military Police of the State of Paraná, presenting statistics of the educational evolution that society is achieving, and consequently permeating the modeling of the Corporation, tending to include the requirement of the diploma of course superior for admission to the official office and the squares of the institution, as well as to boost internal development in careers. The investigation also registers the Brazilian State that instituted such alteration for admission, in view of the possible approval of the Federal Legislation regarding the minimum condition to be demanded the candidates to join the Brazilian Military Police.
